The Texas Institute of Real Estate has been teaching Texas real estate courses for more than 20 years. Since 1989, many students from a broad variety of backgrounds and interests earned or renewed their Texas real estate license. Wayne and Lynn Morgan, authors of "How to Get Rich In Real Estate...
