Note to Correspondence students:

Texas State University will be closed 11/26 and 11/27 and 12/21-1/1. Students who complete their courses over Thanksgiving break will receive their certificates on 11/30. Students who complete their courses over Christmas break will receive their certificates sporadically over the two week period. Anyone needing their certificates to renew their license by 12/31 should complete their course and have their certificate request submitted to the Texas State University office by 12/30.

Texas institute offers many courses in real estate salesperson & broker education. We provide three ways for you to take your courses with us; Online, Correspondence and Live. Below is a listing of our courses:
